We worked with mountain lakes where we were able to implement a BACI design for before-and-after-effects, we also discovered new knowledge for lake and reservoir management on non-target effects of chemical (rotenone) eradication of invasive fish on food webs at multiple trophic levels using morphological and eDNA applications.
